Q. How important is it to be a woman-owned business?
It’s literally everything. It’s a big deal to be a women-owned business in such a male-dominated industry. Roughly 85% of companies like ours are male-owned.
Q. What’s your definition of success?
Success can be defined in many different ways, but success for RCC would be exceling within the industry regardless of gender. One great example of feeling success was when AT&T, the massive, global company invited Rachel to sit on their AT&T Advisory Council for a 3-year term. We define success at RCC as having a balance personal and business goals in a positive, collaborative culture.
