SPONSORSHIPS, ETC.
So it probably looks like not much is happening in the art world for me, but lo and behold, there is! This weekend, I dropped off my artwork at New Hope Realty Group in Cedar Park, TX. I am their featured artist through October. I have several prints and originals on display for purchase. I even left some of my free original artwork coloring pages that match what I have up in their office. Stop by and give the ladies a hello and check out my work. A big thanks goes out to Amanda Hoxworth, last month’s featured artist who recommended me and Maddy Hurlburt in charge of Marketing at New Hope Realty Group.
In other news, I created the Girl Flock Party logo, as well as the sponsorship packages, and put together a sponsorship campaign letter. The start of emailing potential sponsors for the 2022 spring event has begun as of today. Potential sponsors can select from 5 different tiered packages: Food & Beverage, Yellow, Fuchsia, Emerald, & Gold. Each have specific benefits outlined that promote their business. You can find these in The Shop. Potential donors can also contribute if they are not business owners where they will be recognized and invited to the 2022 Girl Flock Party too. We are in need of financial and in-kind sponsorship - all so that our next event can be bigger and better!
2022 Girl Flock Party checklist consists of:
✓ Austin venue partner like a creative coworking/private event space
✓ Food & beverage sponsors
✓ Prize sponsors
✓ Online event registration platform
✓ Step and repeat banner with sponsor logos
✓ Professional photographer
✓ Swag bags
✓ Entertainment (dj, musician, etc.)
✓ Guest list with friends, family, colleagues, donors, sponsors, and the Austin public
✓ To help a local charity or non-profit
As you see, I have big plans for next year’s event and I am already working hard on getting it off the ground. Girl Flock Party’s mission is to mix and mingle in a fun atmosphere amongst like-minded women, network, and increase brand exposure for small, local, & woman-owned businesses.
